Pine Island Calusa Trail 5K Run and Walk

This family and pet-friendly walk/run event partners with the Florida Museum's Randell Research Center, incorporating a section of the Calusa Heritage Trail. Participants will navigate hard-packed gravel paths and climb steps on the scenic Randell mound, with the rest of the course on quiet neighborhood streets. Participant medals and race tech shirts are offered, with refreshments and awards post-race. Proceeds benefit the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island and children's programs at the Calusa Heritage Trail. Race day registration is mobile-only, and fees are non-refundable donations in case of cancellation.
