Rick's Run 5k was created in memory of Richard A. Roy. Rick was a Vietnam Veteran who suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD) and lived with it day in and day out until he passed. He served this country and all who knew and loved him saw the emotional, hidden wounds of that sacrifice. We are learning more and more about how to help veterans with PTSD, and this race will be donating 100% of the proceeds to "Veterans Forward", formally Veterans Count, a program dedicated to helping Maine veterans.
Virtual cost includes shipping- swag shipped AFTER the event; in person cost includes dinner after event at spring hill!
Must register by 5/15 in order to receive the size T-shirt you would like. After that date, it is a first come, first serve with availability and sizing.
