Columbus State Cougar 5k Challenge

The Columbus State Cougar 5K Challenge is an annual event organized by the Columbus State Staff Advisory Council to raise funds for scholarships covering student course materials. Participants can choose between in-person and virtual formats, registering individually or as part of a team. Virtual participants can run or walk the 5K at their convenience, submitting results online. All participants receive a medal, race shirt, and swag bag, with options to forgo items to increase scholarship funds. Package pickup is available at the Columbus State Community College bookstore or on the event day, with alternative arrangements available.
