What is the Fit Dash CHALLENGE and Fit Dash 5K? 

The Fit Dash Challenge: A 2.25 Mile Course that will test an individuals endurance AND strength! While you are trying to complete a little over 2 miles of running as fast as you can, you will be met with other physical tests along the way! Be ready to push, pull, and drag some weight along with grinding it out on multiple other endurance machines that will test your soul! With three divisions to choose from, anyone can take on the Fit Dash Challenge. There are no complex movements or tasks so it doesn’t matter your fitness or skill level there is a divisons for you! Prizes will be given out to the top times in each division!
The Fit Dash Challenge is one of the main events at the FitCon! FitCon is the premier fitness expo featuring multiple celebrity guests, world class competitions, and an entire village of vendors representing top companies around the nation, all in one fitness event!

Fit Dash 5K: Nice 5k run through Miramar Regional Park! Start and finish line is at the beautiful Miramar Amphitheater inside the Florida FitCon! Registration for the Fit Dash 5K gets you unlimited and FREE access into the FitCon! Registration also comes with an awesome event T-shirt!
