Oy Vey 5K Run and Walk

Welcome to the Oy Vey Run Information! Join the fun event supporting Seaside Jewish Community's educational programs by running or walking for a great cause. The event is organized by the Seaside Jewish Community Center and produced by Seashore Strider Event Production Inc. Enjoy a fast and flat course in Cape Henlopen State Park, with a marked route for runners. Please follow all course guidelines to ensure safety and fairness. Custom awards will be presented, and registrants receive a uniquely printed beach towel. Ample parking and water stops will be available. The race director is Tim Bamforth.
