Fast & Furriest 5K Run/Walk - Midland

The Great Lakes Bay Animal Society hosts the annual Fast & Furriest 5K Run/Walk at Midland City Forest, featuring separate events for participants with or without dogs. Both events are chip-timed, with medals awarded in male and female categories. The trail includes aid and water stations and is stroller-friendly, making it suitable for families and children, who can participate for free if aged 6 and under. The event supports the Society's mission to care for animals transitioning to new homes. Participants receive T-shirts and other items, with proceeds benefiting the Society's programs.
