Charcoal Challenge 5k Fun Run

The Charcoal Challenge Fun Run is organized by the Friends of Pine Grove Furnace at Pine Grove Furnace State Park. This event supports recreation, education, and conservation efforts within the park. It is a non-timed run featuring park trails and roads, open to runners and walkers, with participation prizes and free refreshments provided. Registration is available online and on-site, with fees applicable. T-shirts are an additional cost for early registrants. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome. Contributions to the Friends of Pine Grove Furnace, under the Pennsylvania Parks & Forests Foundation, are tax-deductible.
