LGRAW's Double Trouble - 5K and 10K

This year’s Double Trouble 5K & 10K offers participants a wonderful way to start off the Fall running season. This double race offers participants the opportunity to participate in both races. With staggered start times you are welcome to join us for the 5K or 10K or both!  LGRAW's signature fall event, "Double Trouble" 5K and 10K will take place on October 14, 2023. This year's race will start at the current LGRAW Clubhouse in Oak Grove Park in Grapevine, TX. Both race courses wind through the beautiful trails around Lake Grapevine and offer breathtaking views of the lake. The 5K and 10K courses will be well marked on race day. 

We are using an IPICO chip timing system powered by Race Director software.  The chips are designed to be attached to your shoe and are reliable as long as the chip is below your knee. We will advise about packed pickup and other details as the event approaches. Please remember to pick up your chip before the race on race day. A volunteer will remove it for you at the finish line after your final race.

The shirt cutoff is 9/17.  We will not be able to guarantee we will have your size for this race but we will do the best we can. 

LGRAW extends an open invitation to runners and walkers of all abilities to come out and join us for our weekend runs and walks every Saturday and Sunday starting at 7:00 A.M. at our Clubhouse in Oak Grove Park.   Check out our website at www.lgraw.com.
