Ocean Commotion 5k walk/run

Marine Mammals of Maine (MMoME) hosts the Ocean Commotion 5K Race to support marine mammal and sea turtle conservation. The event includes a chip-timed race along coastal trails for participants and their dogs, with prizes for top male, female, and canine finishers. A virtual 5K challenge is also available. Additional activities include a kids' fun run, educational booths, and a raffle. Participants can further support MMoME's efforts by purchasing event gear, making donations, or starting fundraisers. The event focuses on education and response to stranded marine mammals and sea turtles in Maine.
