Stephanie L. Miner 5k Walk and Run **20th Anniversary Celebration**

San Luis Valley Health Foundation invites you to come celebrate the 20th Anniversary Stephanie L. Miner 5k Walk and Run.  This annual event features a 1 mile healthy walk, 2/5 mile and a 5k.  All proceeds raised benefit the MRI Enhancement project at San Luis Valley Health in Alamosa, CO.

This years event is scheduled on Saturday September 16, 2023.  Announcement start at 9:45am with walk/race to start at 10:00am.

**Important Information** 

1.) If you would like to register for the walk/run, please click on the "Sign Up" button in the middle or at the top right of this page. This will take you to registration options where you can register yourself, family members, or anyone you'd like in one transaction. This will also allow you to choose your t-shirt sizes and pay your registration fee. T-shirts are included in the registration price and can be picked up at 1921 Main Street in Alamosa or at the event. 

2.) If you would like to register as a team, a team "captain" can sign up a group of 10+. Use the "Sign Up" or the "Group/Teams" button to do so. Special discount pricing will apply. **Please note you will need all 10+ teammates at the time of registration to ensure special pricing. 

3.) Become a fundraiser yourself! Set up yourself as a fundraiser by registering for the event (must be registered in order to set up the fundraiser), then use "Donate" to complete the set up. You can set goals for yourself, share your fundraiser with friends and family, and even compete with other fundraisers to see who can raise the most! 

4.) If you cannot attend the event but would like to support monetarily on behalf of a participant, click on the "Donate" button at the top right of this page. You can search for individual fundraisers and support the event on behalf of the participant. 

4.) Any and all other donations are encouraged and appreciated. Please click on the "Donate" button to make a general donation at anytime.
